What a rape of the wetlands! With no buyers in a negative RE market plus M.U.D. accessments --this ill-conceived project is doomed to a early and well deserved BK. |

My family & I have been going to the island for over 20 years. I have seen this site and it looks like the developers have done a good job staying out of the actual wetland areas. It looks like a beautiful place. If the developers will continue to take the wetlands impact into account this should be a very nice place. |
