Here is a quick update on the Village Walk development. The roads will be paved in the next few weeks and AEP will connect the electrical service later this month. As soon as that takes place, construction on 5 spec homes and the model home will begin. The project will officially kick off in mid-January.

If you've not seen Village Walk lately you should. We have a place there and the first section is nearly built-out, with construction just starting on the second section. The place looks better than the preliminary drawings. |
